Renewable Energy Sources and Energy Storage

In view of the opening of the call for projects of the Ministry of Energy through the Modernization Fund - Key Program 1: Renewable Energy Sources and Energy Storage, SC CRISMAR SRL participated as a consultant of the UAT Com. Adunatii Copaceni, UAT Com. Vanatorii Mici and Giurgiu County Hospital for obtaining - Increased production of electricity from renewable energy sources through the installation of new renewable energy production capacities, contributing to the achievement of the objectives assumed by Romania within the FM, Key Program 1: Renewable Energy Sources and Energy Storage.
Investments financed under this program will have a positive impact in terms of:
(a) reducing carbon emissions into the atmosphere generated by the energy sector by replacing part of the amount of fossil fuels consumed each year - coal, natural gas;
b) a more resource efficient, greener and more competitive economy, leading to sustainable development, based, inter alia, on a high level of protection and improvement of the quality of the environment;

c) achieving the European Union targets for the production of energy from renewable sources laid down in Directive (EU) 2018/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources;

f) increasing the production of electricity from renewable sources contributing to the objectives of the European Green Pact as a strategy for Europe's sustainable growth and combating climate change in line with the Union's commitments to implement the Paris Agreement and the UN Sustainable Development Goals;
(g) increasing the share of renewable energy in total primary energy consumption, as a result of investments to increase the installed capacity of electricity generation from renewable wind, solar or hydro sources;

(h) achieving the objective on climate neutrality set out in Regulation (EU) 2021/1119 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 30, 2021 establishing a framework for achieving climate neutrality and amending Regulations (EC) No 401/2009 and (EU) 2018/1999 ('European Climate Act'), relating to ensuring, by 2050 at the latest, a Union-wide balance between greenhouse gas emissions and removals that are regulated in Union law, so as to achieve zero net emissions by that date;
(i) decongestion of the National Energy System (NES) through the use of new decentralized electricity generation capacity;
j) implementing the Power-up flagship initiative of the 2021 Annual Sustainable Growth Strategy, which aims to develop and use renewable energy sources EUR-Lex - 52020DC0575 - EN - EUR-Lex (europa.eu).
